Mydin and The Store join price-cut campaign

PETALING JAYA: The price-cut campaign aimed at fresh foods and essential items continues with Mydin and The Store being the latest to slash prices.

“To encourage spending, the prices must be appropriate and manufacturers too have to play their part,” said Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Minister Datuk Shahrir Sam-ad who launched the campaigns separately at the companies yesterday.

He added that his ministry realised there was a time lag from the moment the prices of raw material prices were reduced to the lowering of prices in goods in the market.
The minister said he would like to see reductions in prices of items in rural areas as well.

“We have found that the prices of goods in rural areas tend to be a little higher than urban areas. This of course is due to the high purchasing power of urbanites that drives demand which then lowers prices.”

Shahrir said pilot projects carried out in Seberang Prai and Pekan, where the cost of transportation was paid by the government, resulted in cheaper prices for essential items.

Mydin, in its price cut campaign, will reduce prices of 200 items including vegetables, fish, chicken and meat at all its outlets for a period of two weeks.
Prices of dry food and health products will be reduced for a month.
The Store will be reducing prices of 1,500 items at 87 of its outlets, as well as in Pacific and Milimewa stores, also owned by the company.

This is my first time for SPA….. kekeke

Reach there 12 pm. First fill up forms, then wait for them to set up the room for me.
They attended an Indonesian kak for me.

First, change then go for foot spa.
What is foot spa?
Foot spa is where someone helps you to clean your leg + scrub.

After foot spa then is time for Jacuzzi. I chose sea weed Jacuzzi.


Then it’s the main dish turn which is the massage. I think the massage is about 1 hour. 1 hour is not enough. Not syok enough. Just feeling someone is rubbing my whole body with some oil. Kak massage from toe to head then head to toe.....





It is a very good experience to try what is SPA about. THE END.

My Graduation Ceremony

I skipped my first graduation ceremony 3 years ago in TAR College. Hahaha. This is the 1st time I attend graduation ceremony. It’s a waste that not all of us attended the graduation ceremony. Thought that our group, TP1F0505COM can graduate together. So sad….

Early morning I received a sms from Sin Ka. I was so disappointed although I expected the result. Sin Ka you know what I meant! This is not the 1st time FFK by Sin ka. Expected she will FFK me but still hoping that she can make it.

Arrive at Renaissance Hotel 11 something then straight register myself and my family. Then I met GG GAN and later Christine. After that we put on our gown.

It was so funny that we do not know how to handle the gown. Try to think how to put the red colour thing. Kekeke. All of us look like Harry Potter ….. Hahaha….

Then it is the photo session time. After that we queue up out side the grand ball room and we march in….. Wow was so grand that moment…..

I need to complain Renaissance Hotel here because the air conditioner is so bad and I was sweating like hell.
